Calibrate Portal is a private coaching management platform operated by Calibrate (admin@gvnfit.online). It is used exclusively by the coach and enrolled clients for fitness coaching, session scheduling, diet plan delivery, progress tracking, and in-app messaging.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following information provided by clients during onboarding and ongoing coaching: name, email address, phone number, body measurements (weight, height, body fat percentage), sleep logs, dietary information, check-in responses, and messages exchanged with the coach in the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data is used solely to provide personalised coaching services. This includes creating and adjusting diet plans, tracking progress, scheduling sessions, and communicating updates in the app. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third parties.

4. In-app Messaging

Coaching updates and replies are exchanged through the app's built-in messaging. Message content is stored securely in our database to maintain conversation history between the coach and the client. Messages are used solely for coach-client communication within the Calibrate platform and are not shared with any third party.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted in the ap-south-1 region) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the coach and the individual client for their own data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your coaching engagement. Upon request, your data can be deleted by contacting the coach at admin@gvnfit.online.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@gvnfit.online.
