Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all CALIBRATE coaching tiers purchased through GVNFIT. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.

2. Free Trial

The 30-day free trial (coupon-gated) is provided at no cost and is not eligible for any refund, as no payment is collected during the trial period.

We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 1 business day of receipt.

3. Monthly Coaching Tiers

Coaching fees are billed in advance for each monthly cycle. Because coaching involves immediate, individualized work (personalized programming, check-in review, and coach time), fees already billed for the current cycle are generally non-refundable once the cycle has begun, except as described below..

4. Cooling-Off Period

If you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment and have not yet received a personalized program or completed a check-in, you are eligible for a full refund of that first payment. Request this by emailing admin@gvnfit.online.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellation mid-cycle, and you retain access through the remainder of the cycle already paid for.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund outside the above terms in cases such as documented medical inability to continue, a service outage that materially prevented access, or coach error. Requests are reviewed case by case.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@gvnfit.online with your TCP client code, the payment date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

8. Method of Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval, subject to processing times of the payment provider.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email before taking effect for future billing cycles.
