When you apply through the intake form or use the Calibrate app, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, age, contact details, physical measurements, health and fitness history, goals, and payment-related information. We also collect usage data generated while you use the app, such as workout logs, check-in responses, and progress photos you choose to upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To design and deliver your personalized coaching program.
• To communicate with you about your program, appointments, and account.
• To process payments and maintain billing records.
• To improve our coaching methodology and app functionality.
• To send you service-related notices, including updates to these policies.

3. Progress Photos & Sensitive Data

Progress photos and health information you submit are treated as sensitive and are only accessible to your assigned coach and, where relevant, authorized administrative staff. We do not sell this information to third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), each of whom is bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized upon request, subject to applicable law.

6. Your Rights
